If you are teaching with OER, you may be interested in assessing the effectiveness of your open course materials and your students’ perceptions of them. This session uses a recent review by John Hilton III as a starting point to consider how OER practitioners can be consistent and transparent in order to collect persuasive data. We will consider assessment from the individual faculty members’ perspective as well as from a broader programmatic perspective.
