Automatic textbook billing programs are usually set up so that students are charged for course materials unless they take action to opt out. Last year a federal rulemaking process raised questions about this model and put a spotlight on opt-in. In this webinar, we’ll share an update on the federal rulemaking along with case studies of two institutions that have successfully implemented opt-in so that students can make informed choices about their purchases.
