Open Oregon Educational Resources seeks nominations for the 2019 open education champion awards. Open education champions are people who do outstanding open education work in Oregon’s community colleges and universities.
Eligibility: Nominees must be affiliated with an Oregon community college or university (the person nominating does not need to be).
Nominees may have made an impact in one of the following categories:
– Equity/social justice
– Open pedagogy
– OER-related publication
– Student activism
– Other (you specify)
To nominate an open education champion, please submit a nomination form by April 26, 2019. There is no limit on nominations per person. Awards will be presented at the Open Educational Resources Symposium on May 17 at Lane Community College.
