This session explores practical ways to design inclusive learning experiences by modeling how curriculum, activities, and assessments with an open education lens can support diverse learners. Participants will see simple, adaptable open pedagogy strategies that foster access, engagement, and equity, offering openly licensed tools they can use immediately to strengthen instructional impact and create more responsive classrooms.
Anne Grey, Ed.D., is an experienced instructional designer and educational leader known for her collaborative approach to curriculum development and program excellence. She leverages interdisciplinary knowledge from education, psychology, and counseling to create culturally responsive, inclusive learning environments. She currently serves as the District Coordinator for the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence and is a faculty member at Portland Community College, with prior roles at institutions including Spelman College, Morehouse College, Emory University, and Concordia University.
