H5P for Assessment

By | January 22, 2020

H5p is a free, web-based open-source tool for creating easy to share interactive content such as quizzes, matching games and online audio recordings (see http://h5p.org for more info). Presenters Mick Davis, physics instructor at Umpqua Community College, Sage Freeman, Media Production Specialist, Chemeketa Community College, and Monica Marlo, Immedgineer, Portland Community College, demonstrate how H5P can be used to create assessments as embeddable learning objects, in the learning management system, and in Pressbooks – as Mick has done in his open textbook Body Physics: Motion to Metabolism. Learn about activity types, accessibility considerations, and integration into various platforms.

For an introduction to use of H5P for ESOL, visit Archived Webinar: Hey! H5P: Interactive online content.

This webinar takes place from 11 am – 12 pm Pacific time, March 5, 2020. The session will be recorded and captioned to share later.
